PROJECT SUMMARY The Work of the Project includes the following repairs and upgrades to F187 to improve the sustainability and quality of life for the occupants and incidental related work. Repair the foundation grade beam at the southwest corner of the facility. Replace the entire roof of the facility, including all lean-to areas, the valley gutter, and the rain leaders. Repoint select areas of the exterior CMU wall where necessary. Remove all flaking and loose paint and repaint exterior face of facility. Repair the slope of the earth directly along the western exterior wall. Repair the rain guards along the western exterior wall. Repair exterior window seals and caulking. Repair exterior door seals and sweeps. Repaint exterior doors and frames. Repair exterior doors in the south lean-to. Repair the mezzanine railing to meet OSHA requirements. Update exit signs to comply with current life safety codes. Update the electrical panels. Update lighting in the shop (high bay) area to LED lights. Update lighting in smaller rooms to LED lights. CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS: The Contractor awarded will need to provide information to have business set up for payment. Also will need to fill out forms for Reps & Certs, W-9, & Authorization Agreement For Vendor Automatic Electronic Funds Transfer. If you are large business you will need to be set up on 45 days net terms and small business will be 30 days Net terms. Pre-Bid to look at the site is scheduled on 15 Sep 2021 2:00 p.m. Central time zone. Please notify teddy.thomas.ctr@us.af.mil 72 hours in advance by providing your full name, date of birth, state, and driver license for base access. Award will be contingent upon approval of funds, reference checks, D&B rating, and low cost acceptable. Note: References within the past two years for similar magnitude and type of effort as is contained in this project must be included with your bid package
