PROJECT SUMMARY The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Install new Circuit breakers in Main Distribution Panel (MDP) to feed 4 new 42 circuit 208v panel boards. Two panel boards will be installed in the first-floor linen room. Two panel boards will be installed in the second-floor linen room. Run power to each room for a new electrical range. Install new microwave/ductless range hoods in each room. Additional details are described: Install 4 new circuit breakers in the MDP. Install 4 new panel boards, two downstairs and two upstairs in the linen rooms. Install conduit and conductors from the MDP to each of the 4 panel boards. Install conduit and conductors from panel board to every room for range & microwave receptacle. Install new range receptacle and appurtenances in 40 rooms. Provide and install new electric ranges in 40 rooms. Install new receptacle in upper cabinet for microwave/ ductless range hood. Provide and install new microwave/ductless range hoods in 40 rooms. CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS: The Contractor awarded will need to provide information to have business set up for payment. Also will need to fill out forms for Reps & Certs, W-9, & Authorization Agreement For Vendor Automatic Electronic Funds Transfer. If you are large business you will need to be set up on 45 days net terms and small business will be 30 days Net terms. You must also provide three References of similar like work within the past two years, and Technical Approach in your bid package. Pre-Bid to look at the site is scheduled on 24 August 2021 10 a.m. Central time zone. Award will be contingent upon approval of funds, reference checks, D&B rating, and low cost acceptable.
