PROJECT SUMMARY The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Demolish existing 250,000 gallon water storage tank, berm, existing piping and electrical connections. Construct a new 250,000 gallon water storage tank in the same location as the original tank. Connect all required pipes and electrical connections to provide a working functional water storage tank. Demolish and replace existing fire pumps in building190. Demolish and replace all piping into and out of the building. Install a new sprinkler system in the building. CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS: The Contractor awarded will need to provide information to have business set up for payment. Also will need to fill out forms for Reps & Certs, W-9, & Authorization Agreement For Vendor Automatic Electronic Funds Transfer. If you are large business you will need to be set up on 45 days net terms and small business will be 30 days Net terms. You must also provide three References of similar like work within the past two years, and Technical Approach in your bid package. Pre-Bid to look at the site is scheduled on 26 August 2021 2 p.m. Central time zone. Award will be contingent upon approval of funds, reference checks, D&B rating, and low cost acceptable. Note: References within the past two years for similar magnitude and type of effort as is contained in this project must be included with your bid package
