PROJECT SUMMARY The Work of the Project as defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Remove existing standing seam roof, provide new support framing on top of an existing low-sloped roof deck. Install new hidden fastener standing seam roof. Apply spray foam insulation to the underside of metal roof deck to a depth equal to an R-25. Additionally, interior office space will be repaired due to water damage resulting from the existing roof leaks including installation of new carpet, VCT, and a new acoustical drop ceiling. This work will include repairing an area of concrete floor. CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS: The Contractor awarded will need to provide information to have business set up for payment. Also will need to fill out forms for Reps & Certs, W-9, & Authorization Agreement For Vendor Automatic Electronic Funds Transfer. If you are large business you will need to be set up on 45 days net terms and small business will be 30 days Net terms. You must also provide three References of similar like work within the past two years, and Technical Approach in your bid package. Pre-Bid to look at the site is scheduled on 12 Jul 2 p.m. Central time zone. Award will be contingent upon approval of funds, reference checks, D&B rating, and low cost acceptable.
