PROJECT SUMMARY The project is located at Vance Air Force Base. The base intents to construct a precast concrete sound wall/fence, approximately 1,800 feet long between the main part of the base and family housing. The wall will have custom features to represent the heritage of the base. Contractor will be responsible for all items related to furnishing and installing the complete wall, including but not limited to: 1) Preliminary site grading and preparation for new fence. 2) Demolition of existing family housing signing, masonry wall, and planter. 3) New foundations, columns, and fence panels. 4) Mow strip around the perimeter of the new fence. 5) Final grading and sod placement. CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS: The Contractor awarded will need to provide information to have business set up for payment. Also will need to fill out forms for Reps & Certs, W-9, & Authorization Agreement For Vendor Automatic Electronic Funds Transfer. If you are large business you will need to be set up on 45 days net terms and small business will be 30 days Net terms. You must also provide three References of similar like work within the past two years, and Technical Approach in your bid package. Pre-Bid to look at the site is scheduled on 20 August 2020 at 10:00 a.m. Central Time zone. Please notify teddy.thomas@.ctr.us.af.mil; or asrcc.pm.constructionmgmt@us.af.mil 72 hours in advance by providing your full name, date of birth, state, and driver license for base access. Award will be contingent upon approval of funds, reference checks, D&B rating, and low cost acceptable.
