PROJECT SUMMARY The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Convert existing storage/work room into a laundry facility and dressing area with shower. Additional work to include fixture refresh in existing male and female rest rooms, replace water fountain, execute selected electrical and mechanical bid options. Work to nclude infill of existing CMU opening on east side of B903. CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS: The Contractor awarded will need to provide information to have business set up for payment. Also will need to fill out forms for Reps & Certs, W-9, & Authorization Agreement For Vendor Automatic Electronic Funds Transfer. If you are large business you will need to be set up on 45 days net terms and small business will be 30 days Net terms. You must also provide three References of similar like work within the past two years, and Technical Approach in your bid package. Pre-Bid to look at the site is scheduled on 28 July 2020 at 10:00 a.m. Central Time zone. Award will be contingent upon approval of funds, reference checks, D&B rating, and low cost acceptable.
