PROJECT SUMMARY The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Saw cut and remove existing expansion joint material and construct new expansion joints abutting against the utility trenches, hangars, connection of sidewalks and some building approaches. Reconstruct some concrete panels as shown on the plans. Repaint pavement striping in the construction areas. See Schedule F CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS: The Contractor awarded will need to provide information to have business set up for payment. Also will need to fill out forms for Reps & Certs, W-9, & Authorization Agreement For Vendor Automatic Electronic Funds Transfer. If you are large business you will need to be set up on 45 days net terms and small business will be 30 days Net terms. You must also provide three References of similar like work within the past two years, and Technical Approach in your bid package. Due to the weather on 21 July 20 at 10 am the Pre-Bid site visit had to be cancelled. If you are interested in this project and would like to to look at the site.
