The project will consist of new sidewalk construction, removal and replacement of existing sidewalk, curb and ramps to meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and United States Access Board (ABA) requirements, pavement markings for pedestrian crossing, installing signs at various crossings, and sodding all disturbed areas. The work will be conducted throughout Vance AFB, as shown on plans. CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS: The Contractor awarded will need to provide information to have business set up for payment. Also will need to fill out forms for Reps & Certs, W-9, & Authorization Agreement For Vendor Automatic Electronic Funds Transfer. If you are large business you will need to be set up on 45 days net terms and small business will be 30 days Net terms. Pre-Bid to look at the site is scheduled on 9 July 2019 at 2:00 pm Central time zone. Award will be contingent upon approval of funds, reference checks, D&B rating, and low cost acceptable.
