Generally, the work consists of the following: Install new Security Forces Armory Addition to existing Security Forces Facility F527 with new standalone HVAC system and modify electrical as required. Demo existing west wall brick veneer and portion of west roof. Verify existing Finished Floor Elevation to line up with new Armory Finished Floor Elevation. Remodel existing Storage Area along west side of facility to accommodate the New Guardmount Area and Weapons Cleaning Area. Construct New Armory Addition. Coordinate with SFS relocating existing Weapons Storage Unit into New Armory Addition. Provide Toilet and Storage Cages for Transitional Weapons and Privately Owned Weapons in New Armory Addition. Provide Alternate Bids for adding Walnut Sandblasting of New and Existing Brick Veneer. Provide Alternate Bid for adding Handicap Parking Signage and Stripping. CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS: The Contractor awarded will need to provide information to have business set up for payment. Also will need to fill out forms for Reps & Certs, W-9, & Authorization Agreement For Vendor Automatic Electronic Funds Transfer. If you are large business you will need to be set up on 45 days net terms and small business will be 30 days Net terms. Pre-Bid to look at the site is scheduled on 25 July 19 at 10:00 a.m. Central time. Award will be contingent upon approval of funds, reference checks, D&B rating, and low cost acceptable.
