The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and Schedule F. Generally, the work consists of the following: Building 541 is a pilot training facility comprised of classrooms, offices, small auditorium, restrooms, etc. The design scope is primarily an interior finish update in order to modernize the existing interior finishes. Removal of existing carpet, tile, rubber wall base, wallcovering, acoustical ceilings and lighting. New finishes will include carpet tile, luxury vinyl tile, ceramic wall tile, porcelain floor tile, entry mat, and paint. Existing architectural elements will remain, unless noted otherwise in the drawings. All existing wood doors, trim, casework, chair rails, etc. will receive a java gel stain. Each restroom will receive new toilet partitions, wall tile, floor tile, lavatory and countertops as outlined in the drawings. The layout of the restrooms will remain the same. CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS: The Contractor awarded will need to provide information to have business set up for payment. Also will need to fill out forms for Reps & Certs, W-9, & Authorization Agreement For Vendor Automatic Electronic Funds Transfer. If you are large business you will need to be set up on 45 days net terms and small business will be 30 days Net terms. Pre-Bid to look at the site is scheduled on 23 Jul 19 at 2:00 PM Central time. Award will be contingent upon approval of funds, reference checks, D&B rating, and low cost acceptable.
