The Idaho Army National Guard (IDARNG) has a requirement to assess and repair the following TESLA Ground Power Units (GPU): Model #: TI5400GPU-24 Ground Power Unit QTY: 4 Model #: TI3000GPU-24 Ground Power Unit QTY: 9 These GPU are in various states of disrepair and currently do not function. The IDARNG in requesting that businesses capable and having previously repaired TESLA GPU's repond to this Sources Sought Synopsis with a capabilities statement. It is our desire to have these units evaluated and repaired to a fully operation status. The responses to this Sources Sought will be used to develop an acquisition strategy, to further resolve any potential set-aside opportunities which may be appropriate and to determine the level of competition the government may expect.
