MPES-U/S are web-based applications designed to collect & disseminate Total Force execution of programmed manpower end strength.? This contract specifically provides continuous support, sustainment, and upon Government direction, improvement of the MPES applications.? Preference for demonstrated knowledge of the Manpower Programming and Execution System (MPES) and military manpower policy, process, and applications.? MPES connects directly with 20+ key Air Force/Space Force (AF/SF) systems and indirectly to 98+ OSD, JS and DoD Agency systems. ?MPES has been and will continue to be at the forefront of recent senior leader initiatives to restructure the Department of the Air Force, change the way we present forces to Combatant Commanders, and ensure we have the forces needed for the future. ?These are fast paced, top-level initiatives that require implementation of multiple, short notice changes to the MPES structure. ?
