SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS: Note that this is NOT a request for quotes or proposals; the 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt Air Force Base, NE, is seeking information for market research purposes only for the following services listed below: This is a Sources Sought announcement. The 55 Contracting Squadron intends to award a contract that will supply training specific to IBM Series 1 Assembler programming. The training must ONLY cover operations, tools and utilities applicable to the IBM Series 1 version of the Assembler programming language and not include operations, tools and utilities available on any other platforms or other versions of the Assembler programming language. Training will be for seven (7) students.
