This information will be used to determine the availability of vendorcapable of meeting the Government’s minimum requirements and the availability smallbusinesses capable of providing this support. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville(FLCJ) is conducting a market survey to determine the availability of contractors capableof providing Portable Light Towers at Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany (MCLBA) inAlbany, Georgia. It is anticipated that any resulting solicitation will be for a firm fixed-price (FFP) with a NACIS code of 532490 Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery andEquipment Rental and Leasing and size standard of 35 Million. For further details, pleasesee attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) with this Sources Sought Notice.Vendors possessing the requisite skills, resources and capabilities necessary to performthe stated requirements are invited to respond to this sources sought notice/request forinformation via the submission of a technical capabilities statement. Submission shouldinclude the following information. (1) Vendor name, address, and point of contact withcorresponding phone number and e-mail address. (2) DUNS number, Cage Code,business size and classification under NACICS 532490. (3) Capability statement displaying the vendor’s ability to provide the required services, to include past performance information. If past performance information is provided, please include only relevant past performance on the same/similar item within the last (5) years. This relevant past performance information should identify the applicable contract number; total contract dollar amount and a customer point of contact with corresponding telephone number and e-mail address. (4) Feedback, if any, to the draft PWS, including suggestions that might enhance competition, improve the clarity of the requirement, or any other idea that could result in an improved product and or service. NOTE: Standard brochures and/or paraphrasing of the contents of this announcement will not be considered sufficient to demonstrate the capabilities of an interested party. The technical capabilities statement provided in response to this Sources Sought Notice is NOT to be considered a response to Request for Proposal in that no RFQ exists at this time. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responses will not restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach or be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government will not pay for the information requested herein. Evaluation results will not be provided to contractors responding to this Sources Sought Notice. No phone call will be accepted.
