The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences is seeking a single entity to provide virtual bookstore services (hard copy textbooks, ebooks, medical journals and subscriptions, etc.) to support USU requirements. Independently, and not as an agent of the Government, offerors shall propose a clear, comprehensive and concise Performance Work Statement (PWS) and succinct Quality Assurance Plan (QASP) for providing virtual bookstore services and surveillance of the most critical aspects of contractor performance. Offerors shall submit questions regarding this solicitation via email to the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contract Specialist (CS) by 3:00PM Eastern Time (ET) on 28 July 2024. Questions will not be answered over the phone or submitted by any other means. Any questions received by the Government after the time specified will be considered “late” as defined at FAR 15.208(b)(1). Late questions may not be considered. Offerors shall submit complete proposal packages via email to the CO and CS by 3:00PM Eastern Time (ET) on 19 August 2024. Proposals shall not be accepted by any other means.
