The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) has a requirement to establish a five year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for trained teaching associates to provide initial training of the male genitourinary examination, female breast and pelvic examination. These individuals will serve as both the subjects of the examination and the instructor regarding technique and overall approach.
