The Uniformed Services University (USU) has a requirement to establish an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for mortuary services to include, but not limited to, the USU's Anatomical Gift program. The contract term consists of one (1), 60-month ordering period. The minimum order amount for the contract is $2,000 and the maximum ceiling is set at $750,000.00. Call orders may be issued by the Acquisitions Directorate (ACQ) personnel GPC Cardholders identified within the Ordering Instructions (Attachment 3) and in accordance with their established Limits. Written task orders will be issued solely by a Contracting Officer in the USU Acquisitions Directorate when/if the GPC cardholder limits are exceeded for the required services. Verbal orders are authorized only to the extent of the ACQ GPC Cardholders limit of $250,000.00. All Task Orders under this IDIQ shall be Firm-Fixed Price (FFP). The Government reserves the right to determine, based on responses received, whether or not a multiple award IDIQ is in the best interests of the Government. *This solicitation is cancelled*
