This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued using Simplified Acquisition procedures. This competion is set aside for small businesses (total small business set-aside competion). The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 513130 – Book Publishers, size standard of 1,000 employees. The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS) has a requirement for the textbooks listed in the attached RFQ and Attachment 1 - Price Quote.
