This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued using Simplified Acquisition procedures. This competition is set aside for small businesses (small business set-aside competition). The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 511130 – Book Publishers – size standard of 1,000 employees. This solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect in Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06 dated 1 May 2022 and Defense Publication Notice 20220428 dated 28 April 2022. Requirement Description The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) has a requirement for the textbooks listed in the attached RFQ and Attachment 1 - Price Quote.
