This is a Brand Name or Equal Soliciation. The vendor is required to demonstrate that the product proposed meets or exceeds each salient characteristic identified in the Product Comparison Table (See Attachment 1). Failure to demonstrate that the equivalent product meets or exceeds the features, functions, performance, etc. of the brand name product will result in rejection of the quote (non-responsive).
