This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This competition is 100% set-aside to small businesses under a Brand name or Equal RFQ in accordance with the procedures of FAR Part 12 and 13. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 334516 Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing with a Size Standard of 1,000 employees. This solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect in Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-04 dated 1/19/21 and Defense Publication Notice 20210115 dated January 15, 2021. The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) has a requirement for (1) Hera VIOS 160i CO2 CU TC 120V incubator; (1) Hera 160i CO2 CU 1-21 TC 120V incubator; Stacking adaptor for the two; Stand with castors; 2 NAPCO Co2 Gas Regulators; Gas Guard for 4110; NAPCO N2 gas regulator or equal products meeting all the salient characteristics illustrated in the Product Comparison Table found in Attachment 1.
