This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This competition is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 561621 Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths), with a size standard of $22.M. This solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect in Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06 dated June 10, 2021 and Defense Publication Notice 20210709 dated July 9, 2021. The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) has a requirement for Five CCTV Camera systems to remote monitor the LINAC facility, including Installation Services, and meeting the personal safety requirements of the Health Physics Department and Animal Welfare Provisions of the Department of Laboratory Animal Resources.
