This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This competition is set-aside for small businesses. This solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect in Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06 dated June 10, 2021 and Defense Publication Notice 20210709, dated July 9, 2021 Requirement Description The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) has a requirement for a ZEISS Axioscope 5 TL/FL, with Plan Objectives/Optics, Colibri 7, Axiocam 705 Color, Installation and Training, and Preventative Service or equal products meeting all the salient characteristics illustrated in the Product Comparison Table found in Attachment 1.
