This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) has a requirement for pest control services. These services are required at the DLAR Vivarium at USU (DVU), the DLAR Vivarium at the Armed Forces Radiobiology Research Institute (DVA), and the surrounding areas. This competition is set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 561710 - Exterminating and Pest Control Services; the Size Standard is $12 million. This solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect in Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05 dated 10 March 2021 and Defense Publication Notice 20210603 dated 03 June 2021.
