This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This competition is open to all businesses (full and open competition). The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 334516 Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing with a size standard of 1,000 employees. This solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect in Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05 dated 13 August 2019 and Defense Publication Notice 20190820 dated 20 August 2019. Requirement Description The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences’ (USU) Biomedical Instrumentation Center (BIC) has a requirement for has a requirement for the delivery and installation of one fragment analyzer (FA) instrument, computer, monitor, controller and analysis software, capillary array and installation, one FA capillary array 12x S, one FA verification kit, one high sensitivity NGS FA kit (1,000 samples), and one FA system from Agilent Technologies (Agilent).
