DPAA Papua New Guinea Helicopter Requirement
The U.S. Transportation Command is seeking proposals for rotary-wing aviation support services in Papua New Guinea for the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency. The contractor must provide up to three helicopters simultaneously to support up to three remote recovery missions per year, each lasting 14 to 90 days, including passenger and cargo transport, sling load operations, and 24/7 on-call MEDEVAC. Offerors should thoroughly review the full solicitation package, including the FAR 52.212-1 and 52.212-2 clauses and ten attached documents. A virtual Pre-Proposal Conference will be held via MS Teams on Monday, 27 July 2026, at 10:30 AM CST, with access details posted on SAM.gov. Recent updates include revised question-and-answer documents, an updated Performance Work Statement, and Solicitation Amendment 1 requiring vendor signature.
