This contract provides deployment and distribution services in support of the 595th Transportation Support Brigade's operations throughout the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility. Performance of services is to begin 45 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The work is strictly limited to non-personal services and contractor personnel cannot perform inherently governmental functions, such as final decision-making or supervising government employees. Required contractor expertise includes transportation logistics, cargo tracking using specific DOD systems, port operations, and customs clearance procedures. Contractor personnel must also be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.

Performance of services is to begin 45 calendar days after a Notice to Proceed. The work, which is strictly limited to non-personal services, must be performed at installations, seaports, and airports within the USCENTCOM Area of Operations. Required contractor expertise includes transportation logistics, cargo tracking using specific Defense Transportation System tools, port operations, and customs clearance procedures.
