Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) anticipates issuing a solicitation for firm-fixed price passenger air travel and essential cargo services using commercial scheduled routes from Point Mugu, CA, to San Nicholas Island, CA, and China Lake, CA, five days a week, with potential additional missions within a 500-nautical-mile radius. The base performance period is from 1 October 2025 to 30 September 2026, with four one-year option periods extending through 30 September 2030. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business participation. The government will award a single contract to the offeror with the most advantageous proposal, considering price and other factors.
