The due date remains 11 August 2025 at 4pm CDT. ----- The Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC) Rail Fleet Management Branch requires the following: rail car tracking devices for approximately 1,700 Department of Defense owned chain flat rail cars located in the Contiguous United States (CONUS), installation of the devices on the rail cars, and data service for the devices. SDDC requires data services that can also be incorporated into current DoD systems for monitoring surface movements. SDDC is seeking modern technology to allow for advanced real-time information and monitoring of assets.
