This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for the subject requirement to be awarded in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12 and 13 procedures and the specific information, instructions and evaluation criteria outlined in this document and attachments. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the subject requirement. This will be competed as a small business set-aside. One site visit is tentatively scheduled for Monday, 04 December 2023 at Building 1990 on Scott Air Force Base, Illinois.
