The United States Transportation Command Directorate of Acquisition (TCAQ) intends to solicit and award a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with cost plus fixed fee and firm fixed price line items. Task Orders issued against the IDIQ will be structured accordingly. The five- year ordering period for the AMP IDIQ is 01 August 2024 through 31 July 2029. Task Order 01 may include Transition from 01 August 2024 – 30 September 2024; however, no other performance will begin prior to 01 October 2024. Both the IDIQ and the task orders will include FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, which permits extension of the IDIQ and task order for an additional six-months (01 October 2029 – 31 March 2030). Task Orders will also include FAR 52.217-9, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract. The first task order will be a base period of one-year, plus four one-year option periods. The Government will utilize the DoD Source Selection procedures to award to the offeror determined to represent the best value to the Government. This requirement will be solicited as full and open utilizing 541511. The anticipated date for release of the solicitation is on or around March 1, 2024.
