This is amendment 4 to HTC71121QR013 to request offerors to provide a written plan describing how it will continue to perform the essential contractor services in accordance with DFARs Clause 252.237-7024 on page 38 of the RFQ to ensure compliance with PWS paragraph 4.27. Amendment 4 also includes a corrected SORv3 with the guaranteed time rows removed for completion. This amendment also extends the quote due date to 17 March 2021 @1200 PM CST.
