The submission due date is extended to 13 February 2020 at 0800 CT. SDDC requires Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) and management services for the Ports of Tallinn, Muuga Harbour, and Paldiski, Estonia in connection with the receipt, disposition, processing, and loading/discharging of cargo via all conveyances as designated by the Contracting Officer (CO) or Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). SDDC requires sufficient qualified labor, gear, equipment, and materials to satisfy the scope of this contract in accordance with (IAW) the PWS.
