No further extensions will be granted. 29 January 2020: As of today, USTRANSCOM is posted HTC711-20-Q-R006 Amendment 1 and Question and Answer Round One. The purpose of this synopsis is to notify interested parties the USTRANSCOM Acquisition Directorate anticipates issuance of a solicitation for Terminal Services at the Port of Beaumont, Texas. Services include providing all technical support, personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, materials in connection with the receipt and disposition of cargo via truck and rail conveyances. The general scope of the terminal services includes, Receipt of Cargo, Disposition of Cargo, and Management Services. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 488320. The Government anticipates issuing an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with base period of performance from 24 February 2020 through 2 April 2020, or sooner if possible. The period of performance will include four (4) one-month option periods that will be exercised as needed. Award will be made on the basis of a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable source selection in accordance with FAR 15.101-2. No hardcopies of this solicitation will be issued. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by USTRANSCOM/TCAQ-R.
