The purpose of this announcement is to provide notice to industry of the Government’s sole source justification for Third Party Payment System (TPPS) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), HTC71119DD001, one year extension. The United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) at 508 Scott Drive, Scott AFB, IL 62225, intends to modify the IDIQ contract with U.S. Bank National Association that was previously cometed. The required services are deemed to be available from the original source for the continued providions of highly specialized services, and award to any other source would result in unacceptable delays in fulfilling the requirment.
