The purpose of this announcement is to provide notice to industry of the Government's sole source justification for the Third Party Payment System (TPPS) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), HTC71119DD001, fifteen month extension. The United States Transportation Command, located at 508 Scott Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225, intends to modify the IDIQ contract with U.S. Bank National Association that was previously competed. The required services are deemed to be available from the original source for the continued highly specialized services, and award to any other source would result in unacceptable delays in fulfilling the requirement.
