The purpose of this announcement is to provide notice to industry of the Government's sole source justification for Analysis of Mobility Platform (AMP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), HTC71118DD001, six month extension and ceiling increase. The United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) at 508 Scott Drive, Scott AFB, IL 62225, intends to modify the IDIQ contract with Raytheon BBN Techonologies (BBN) that was previously competed. The required services are deemed to be available from the original source for the continued provision of highly specialized services, and award to any other source would result in unacceptable delays in fulfilling the requirement.
