The purpose of this announcement is to provide notice to industry of the Government's sole source justification for Analysis of Mobility Platform (AMP) Indefinte Delivery Indefinte Quantity (IDIQ), HTC71118DD001, one year extension and ceiling increase. The United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) at 508 Scott Drive, Scott AFB, IL 62225, intends to modify the IDIQ contract with Raytheon BBN Technologies (BBN) that was previously competed. The required services are deemed to be available only from the original source for the continued provision of highly specialized services, and award to any other source would result in unacceptable delays in fulfilling the requirement.
