The purpose of this synopsis is to notify interested parties that the United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) Acquisition (AQ) office anticipates issuing a solicitation for S&RTS in Alaska. The Government intends to offer a single, fixed rate schedule Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a 5-year ordering period. 2.)
