The Government intends to offer a single, fixed rate schedule Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a 5-year ordering period. 2.) The Government does not intent to award a contract on the basis of this presolicitation. This presolicitation is issued solely for informational purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. 3.)
