The purpose of this effort is to provide all services, materials, supervision, personnel, labor, and equipment, to perform work and contracted repairs. Repairs shall conform to the standards, procedures, materials, and dimensions used in the original construction of the containers. Repairs shall be accomplished in strict accordance with all terms, conditions, special contract requirements and clauses. Notwithstanding the rights of the Government to review the contractor’s efforts and progress and particularly with reference to the design, specifications, and data which may be provided. It is expressly understood that the contractor is completely responsible for the compliance of contract end item with the provisions of this contract and any reviews and approvals given by the government do not relieve the contractor of this responsibility.
