This revised version, dated 4.5.22, incorporates the original Atch 4 with question 3a updated to the proper PWS reference sections. - Offeror's quotes due date has been extended to 11 April 2022 at 1:00 P.M. Central Daylight Time. - Solicitation Question and Answer Log includes Goverment's responses to offerors questions for Round 3.
