Amendment 04 was posted on 01 December 2021. This amendment incorporates Round Four Questions and Answers, Amended Attachment 2 - SOR dated 01 December 2021, and extends the RFQ due date to 02 December 2021 at 8:00AM CST. All other terms and conditions remain the same. Please review the documents in their entirety. As a reminder, please review the Attachment 3 - RFQ Information and General Compliance Worksheet to ensure all items listed have been completed and provided to include the RFQ, 4 Amendments, all representations and certifications, and completion of all unit prices. The Government will review each Quote received for compliance in accordance with (IAW) the solicitation instructions. To be considered compliant, each Quote shall include the required Contract Documentation, Technical Worksheet and Price Quote. Only those Quotes that are considered compliant shall be evaluated. Quotes received that are considered incomplete or non-compliant may be considered ineligible for award. Amendment 03 was posted on 29 November 2021. Please review the documents in their entirety. Quotes remain due on Tuesday, 30 November 2021, at 8:00 AM CST. SDDC requires Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) for the Ports of Darwin, Rock Hampton (Alma), Gladstone, and Townsville, Australia in connection with the import and export of Defense Transportation System (DTS) sponsored cargo. SDDC requires S&RTS labor, equipment, gear, tools, documents, materials and miscellaneous supplies and management services to satisfy all tasks provided in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government requires performance of all PWS tasks are completed in a manner consistent with the best commercial practices. The PWS will cover the full spectrum of tasks and shall be inclusive of services required for vessel loading, cargo receipt and disposition, cargo staging, transfer of cargo, tallying and checking, and handling of Government-provided securing materials as designated by the Contracting Officer (CO) or Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
