This acquisition addresses the requirement for S&RTS in support of the United States Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC). The contractor shall provide stevedoring and related terminal services in connection with the intra-terminal and seaport handling of Department of Defense (DoD) sponsored export and import cargo consistent with best commercial practices. The contractor shall provide sufficient qualified labor, gear and equipment and materials to satisfy the requirements of this contract.
