SDDC requires Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) for the Military Ports of Turkey (Agalar and Aksaz) in connection with the receipt, disposition, storage, and processing of cargo via multiple surface modes of transportation as designated by the Contracting Officer (CO) or Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). SDDC requires sufficient required labor, gear, equipment, materials, space, and management to satisfy all tasks provided in this Performance Work Statement (PWS).
