This is not the final approved RFQ and is subject to change. The United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) at 508 Scott Drive, Scott AFB,IL 62225, intends to solicit this requirement utilizing GSA’s Multiple Award Schedule for IT Services, Category 54151S IT Professional Services. The solicitation will be available to small businesses only. The NAICS code is 541512, Computer Systems Design Services. The Small Business Administration (SBA) Size Standard for NAICS code 541512 is $30.0 million. The resulting task order will be a hybrid contract with Firm Fixed Price and Labor Hour tasks, to include travel. Per FAR 8.405-2 Ordering Procedures for Federal Supply Schedules, the Government intends to provide the solicitation to as many Schedule Contractors as practicable, consistent with market research. The anticipated date for release of the solicitation is on or around 28 May 2021.
