This is the solicitation notice for Kuwait Air Terminal and Ground Handling Services. See the pre-solicitation notice and the attachments for more information. A pre-proposal conference and site visit is scheduled for 28 Jan 20 at Cargo City Kuwait International Airport. Names (last, first, middle) of attendees (not to exceed one per company), scanned copy of the individual's passport, company's name, and contact information must be submitted to the points of contact no later than close of business 9 Jan 20. Offerors may submit information/documentation for a second (alternate) individual in the event an emergency prevents the original (primary) individual from attending. Individuals shall be labeled as primary and alternate. NOTE: All attendees must be U.S. citizens. Offerors not responding with this information in a timely manner may not be admitted to the conference due to space restrictions and denied base access entry.
