The quantities provided in this amendment are the same quantities that were posted with the original RFQ, please disregard the revised Attachment 2, Schedule of Rates, provided in Amendment 0002. The response date is extended to 12 May 2020 @ 8AM CST. Attached is the original Schedule of Rates.
