Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC) requires procurement of Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services to be performed at Port of Talamone, Italy. S&RTS includes vessel loading, vessel discharging, cargo receipt and disposition, cargo staging, transfer of cargo, tallying and checking, customs clearance, yard management, and handling of Government provided securing material. This solicitation requires the contractor to complete the required attachments, complete the Provisions in the RFQ that require the contractor's information, and to provide a written plan IAW the RFQ DFARS Provision, 252.237-7024, Notice of Continuation of Essential Contractor Services, submitted with the contractor's quote. Amend 1 - The purpose of Amendment 1 is to extend the closing date to 6 July 2020 at 2:00 P.M. Central Time due to ongoing world events. This action is not an amendment, but rather an opportunity to add a quote General Compliance Checklist. The checklist is used to ensure that the quote(s) submitted are complete and without error. This is being provided as a tool to help in putting quotes together prior to submission.
