At this time, USTRANSCOM is seeking responses from small businesses only. Information gathered is for the purpose of determining whether the acquisition can be set-aside for small business, gauging interest/capability by small businesses, and determining which contract vehicle is most suitable for this requirement. All responses will be reviewed by a technical team made up of Government personnel to determine confidence in a firm's capability to provide the services required. The information requested will be used internally within USTRANSCOM to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside the agency. This announcement is not a Request for Proposal/Quote (RFP/RFQ) or solicitation of any kind. USTRANSCOM is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals for this requirement. This notice should not be construed as a commitment of any type by the Government to take or not take any action. Please note that USTRANSCOM will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this RFI.
